Barnes & Noble and VitalSource have made eTextbooks available for free for students through May 25th, 2020. Before students can begin searching for and reading ebooks, they will need to log-in or create a Bookshelf account with their institution-provided email address.

Residents who do not currently possess an Evanston Public Library Card can receive a temporary 30-day card remotely. The library is encouraging residents to use digital services like Kanopy, Hoopla, Overdrive, ebooks, and e-audiobooks. To talk to a librarian, please call 847-448-8630
