How to Access our Services

Students attending programs on the Evanston Campus can see below for more information about accessing services at the Evanston CAPS office. (For students attending programs on the Chicago Campus, please click here for information about accessing services at our Chicago CAPS office).
- These appointments can be used to address any mental health concern.
- Students will be seen on a first-come-first-served basis and cannot schedule these appointments ahead of time.
- Please call or walk into Evanston CAPS at the time you are available to meet and allow adequate time for your appointment. Students may experience a wait time to speak to a clinician.
- These appointments are offered weekdays from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm with the exception of Wednesday when the appointments are available from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.

- Students interested in services at Evanston CAPS can schedule an Initial Assessment (meeting via Zoom) or call in for a same-day appointment.
- Please schedule only ONE appointment.
- Schedule Evanston Initial Assessment Meeting.
- If scheduling an initial meeting appointment, the scheduler only shows available appointments within the next 2 weeks. If there are no listed times available, check back regularly as new appointments open up daily, or contact CAPS at (847) 491-2151.
- This initial meeting is via Zoom. Please make sure to secure a private space for this meeting.
