Evanston Presentation and Outreach Request
CAPS is here to support you every step of the way! If you are interested in requesting an outreach presentation or program from Evanston CAPS, please complete the Evanston Outreach Request Form below:
- It’s typically best if you provide us with at least 3 weeks’ notice for a program and have taken steps to guarantee that at least 10 participants will be in attendance.
- While CAPS makes every effort to meet outreach requests, due to number of staff vacancies at CAPS at the moment, we may not be able to meet your request.
- We will carefully review your request and get back to you within a week.
- In the meantime, we encourage you to check out our existing programing available to students on both campuses here
