Northwestern is engaged in a multi-phase initiative to update the University’s online systems so that students, faculty and staff (including temporary staff) will be able to provide their name as they would like it to be displayed in University systems (e.g., “display name”) and their pronouns. This initiative is a partnership between The Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion (OIDI), Information Technology, Human Resources, and the University Registrar.
