Dear Students and Alumni,

On November 10,  Northwestern will launch a new advising platform called ConnectNU.  Like Inspire, ConnectNU is an online undergraduate advising platform which students and advisors use to schedule appointments.  You will access ConnectNU in exactly the same way you accessed Inspire, or you can go to connectnu.northwestern.edu.  

Please review the important dates below to understand how this transition will impact your ability to schedule appointments with Health Professions Advising.

The table below displays important actions and dates. Please read through the table to understand that you may want to use Inspire now to make future appointments before the move to ConnectNU on November 10.

Now through Nov. 9	Students can use Inspire to schedule a future advising appointment to occur from now through November 13. No appointment times will display in Inspire beyond November 13.
Nov. 9	Last day for students to use Inspire.
Nov. 10	Students can log into ConnectNU and use the “Schedule” function to schedule an appointment during a time your advisor has indicated availability. You will only see times available in ConnectNU for appointments occurring on 11/16 and beyond. NOTE: If you scheduled an appointment in Inspire to take place between 11/10-11/13, you will not see it in ConnectNU. Don’t worry! Your advisor still knows it is happening, and you will still receive a reminder email from Inspire. If you encounter login problems with ConnectNU, please contact consultant@northwestern.edu or call 847-491-HELP.

Important note for Northwestern alumni currently working with HPA:

The ConnectNU system requires an active netID. As such, alumni without an active netID will not be able to access this new system. If you are an alum and would like to schedule an appointment with an advisor any time after November 9, you may submit an appointment request.
